The paper explores the intricate relationship between technology adoption and organizational change. It investigates how the integration of new technologies can lead to transformative shifts within an organization, affecting various aspects such as processes, culture, and structure. The study is based on a comprehensive literature review, including case studies and theoretical frameworks, to analyze the factors influencing successful technology adoption and the resultant organizational changes. Key findings reveal that while technological advancements offer numerous benefits, they often necessitate significant changes in organizational practices. The paper further discusses the challenges and opportunities associated with managing the transition period, highlighting the importance of leadership, employee engagement, and strategic planning. It concludes with recommendations for organizations aiming to leverage technology effectively and ensure a seamless transition towards a more agile and innovative work environment.
